FOLLOWING MY EARLIER NOTE  details have now been released of ”The Tribute to Siegfried & Roy” spectacular at the London Palladium on Sunday 28th September 2008 at 7.00 pm. This is in honour of two great legends of magic and celebrates the official launch of the magic charity “Magicares” founded by producer Paul Stone.

This  high profile event  at the world’s greatest variety theatre features an outstanding bill of magicians and artistes from the U.S., Portugal, Brazil, Mexico, Poland and Australia plus an appearance by Siegfried and Roy.This is the Sunday evening of the last day of the IBM convention at Eastbourne so many magi could journey up to London on their way home for this stunning magic extravaganza.

Artistes announced are Jeff Hobson,Luis de Matos, Wally Eastwood, Jason Byrne, Ayala & Tanya, Tomsoni & Co., Kalin & Jinger, Norm Nielsen, Soul Mystique, Raymond Crowe and Vik & Fabrini.

Also being staged for the charity launch is a Gala Dinner and Cabaret at the five star Landmark Hotel in London on Wednesday 1st October 2008 for just 200 guests, again honouring the  “Masters of the Impossible” Siegfried & Roy. The Guest of Honour will be H.R.H. Princess Michael of Kent and there will be a live auction with several unique items in support of “Magicares” and Siegfried & Roy’s SARMOTT foundation. The world class cabaret will feature Stringfever, The Randols and Kris Kremo. Tickets will go on general sale on 20th June and full details and booking can be found on www.magicares.com.
